Thelma Mae Honaker Baugh, 92, of Parksville, died Tuesday, July 26, 2016. Born, January 18, 1924, in Honaker, VA., she was the daughter of Walter and Suzie Miller Honaker. Thelma was a homemaker who was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a Baptist and read her Bible everyday, sometimes to her family members. She liked to cross stitch. In addition to her parents, Thelma was preceded in death by her husband, Eli Samuel Baugh, a daughter-in-law, Betty A. Baugh, four brothers, Melvin, Marvin, Nathan and Hassel and three sisters, Cynthia, Clara and Hazel.Thelma is survived by a son, Warren Samuel Baugh of Parksville, three granddaughters, Peggy Warren of Perryville, Angie Harrison of Parksville, and Sheryl Franklin of Stanford, five great grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren, and one great-great-great grandchild.The funeral will be 11 a.m., Saturday, July 30, 2016, at Stith Funeral Home, Danville. Rev. Phillip Coffman will officiate. Burial will follow in Parksville Cemetery. Visitation is after 5 p.m., Friday, July 29, 2016, at Stith Funeral Home, Danville.
