She was a faithful member of Thompson Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday school for more than 20 years. A loving wife and devoted mother, she was retired from Acme Electric and previously worked at Converse.
Sister Pansy leaves behind her devoted husband of 49 years, Gary,; her loving son, Keith; brothers, Hosbie Lee (Carland), Carson (Zillie), Earl Ray (Barbara), and Thurman (Betty Rose); sisters, Juanita (Prather), Zelma, Helen, Joann (Douglas); several nieces and nephews; and a multitude of friends.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Thompson Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Southeastern Hospice House, 1100 Pine Run Road, Lumberton, N.C., 28358.
