Alma was born September 29, 1904, to Anton A. and Anna (Leise) Arens in Wynot. She married Raymond C. Wubben June 25, 1929, in Wynot. He died May 5, 1979.
She grew up in the Wynot area. After her marriage, she and her husband farmed southwest of Fordyce. After his death, she moved into Fordyce. She has been a resident of Beverly Healthcare, Hartington, since the early 1990's.
She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Christian Mother, St. John the Baptist Guild and the Catholic Daughters of America.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers, Otto and Leo Arens and three sisters, Ida P., Rose Wieseler and Sr. Mary Arens, OSF.
