RUSSELL - Theresa M. Frazier, 80, died Monday, Aug. 25, 1997, at the Wheatland Nursing Center, Russell. She was born March 16, 1917, in Oklahoma to William Claude and Charity (Dobson) Hopper. She married Glen Lewis Frazier on March 18, 1939, in Kansas City, Mo. She operated the Driscoll Hotel, Russell, with her husband when they were first married. She then worked as an office clerk for KPL for many years. She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, the Eastern Star and the VFW Auxiliary, all of Russell.
Survivors include a brother, Theodore C. Hopper, Oswego, Ore. She was preceded in death by her husband on June 4, 1980, and a son, William, on Jan. 8, 1982.
Services are at 4 p.m. Wednesday at the Pohlman´s Memorial Chapel, Russell, with the Rev. Glenn Tombaugh officiating; burial in the Russell City Cemetery, Russell.
