William Glen Frazier, son of Glen Lewis and Theresa Marie (Hopper) Frazier was born May 19, 1941 at Ellsworth, KS. His death occurred at his home in Overland Park, KS on Jan. 8, 1982 after several years of failing health. His age was 40 years, 7 months, and 19 days.

Bill as all his friends knew him, grew to manhood in Russell, graduated from Russell H.S. in 1959 and attended Emporia State College and Ft. Hays State. For a period of time, he was a consultant in the Topeka State Hospital. With aspirations for government and political work foremost in his mind, he served as an aide to Sen. Robert Dole at various times in his career, and at one point, served as the head of his K.C. office. He also worked for the General Services Administration, the Dept. of Housing & Urban Development, and retired as a public information officer for ACTION office in Chicago, IL. Bill moved from Chicago to Overland Park, KS in June 1981.

He was a member of Trinity Methodist Church. Bill's father, Glen, preceded him in death on June 4, 1980. Survivors are his mother Theresa Frazier; several other relatives and a host of friends.
