Parker in America p 543-544 goes into some depth as to the name of Joseph's wife (the mother of this Joseph) and settles on Hannah Blood daughter of Richard and Elizabeth Blood.

Joseph is the third of that name in his line, his grandfather Joseph is one of the five Parker brothers who emigrated in the 1630's from Great Burstead England.

He married Jan 24, 1715-6 Abigrail, daughter of Obadiah and Hannah Sawtell. She died Feb 19, 1787.
