Ronald Dwight "Ron" Rowland
Henderson, TN: Ronald Dwight "Ronnie" Rowland, age 61, died March 16, 2009 at his home.
He was born in Parma, MO Feb 9 1948 moving to Jackson, TN at a young age, the son of the late Lennon and Ida Bell Grissom Rowland. He was educated in Madison County Schools. He entered the U.S. Navy serving during the Vietnam War but he never left the states. He returned to Jackson after the service and worked in manufacturing for a few years. He was married to Kay Hensley in August 1997.
He is survived by two sons, Brett Rowland and wife Farrah of Henderson TN and Chad Rowland of CA; [Chad and Brett are 1/2 brothers.] two stepdaughters, Shanda Willcutt of Savannah and Amy Powers of CO; a grandchild, Kaleigh Rowland and two step grandchildren; a sister, Janet Peddy of IL.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kay Hensley Rowland in 2007.
Interment: Palestine Cemetery, Chester County, Tennessee
