Mrs. Lenon ROWLAND entered eternal rest Tuesday, Dec 13 1977.

Services for Mrs. Lenon (Ida Belle GRISSOM) ROWLAND, 54 of 28 Circle Drive, Jackson TN, was Thursday at Palestine Baptist Church (in Chester Co TN) with the Rev Robert McCullar officating. Burial was in the church cemetery with Casey Funeral Home in Charge.

Mrs. Rowland died Tuesday morning at Jackson Madison County General Hospital, apparently of a heart attack suffered that day at home.

She was born and reared in Parma MO., and in 1956 she moved to Jackson TN to make her home. She was a member of the Liberty Grove Baptist Church.

She leaves her husband, Lenon Rowland of Jackson, a son Ronald Dwight Rowland of Jackson; a daughter Mrs. Glendel (Janet L) PEDDY of Nashville Arkansas; two brothers Curtis Grissom of Memphis and Arvil (Orville) Grissom of Gideon MO.; five sisters, Miss Beulah Grissom and Mrs. Mamie Hart, both of Chowchilla CA., Mrs. Mousina McFall of Memphis TN, Mrs. Bernice Allen of Sikeston MO and Mrs. Ruby Lee Evey (EBY) of Decatur IL and four grandchildren.
