Malinda (a.k.a. "Melinda") Dulin was the daughter of Edward & Sarah (Dilts) Dulin and she grew up on a family farm in Concord Township, Delaware County, OH. On April 22, 1860, Malinda was married to Albert Courtright (a.k.a. "Courtwright") in Delaware County. On the 1860, 1870, & 1880 federal censuses, Malinda & Albert can be found living on a family farm in Concord Township. By the time of the 1900 Federal Census, Malinda & Albert had moved to neighboring Union County, OH, and can be found living in Jerome Township with three of their children. Malinda & Albert reortedly parented at least six children between the years of 1862 & 1882: Seymour, Martha, Charles, John, Ella, & Lillie. Following the 1906 death of husband Albert, Malinda can be found on the 1910 Federal Census as a widowed head-of-household living in Amanda Township, Fairfield County, OH) with her son Seymour. Malinda then apparently returned to Concord Township, Delaware County, OH, and she can be found on the 1920 Federal Census at age 70 living in the household of her widowed daughter Martha (Courtright) Oller and her son Charles Courtright.
