Willa Dean Browder Altman,86, widow of O. D. Altman, Jr., passed away Saturday, December 31, 2016 in a Charlotte, NC nursing center.

Mrs. Altman was born in Johnsonville, SC, a daughter of the late Audry Morant and Essie Powell Browder. She was a retired Teacher’s Aide from the Horry County School District. She graduated from Johnsonville High School Class of 1947 and also graduated from Emmanuel College Class of 1950.

She was predeceased by two sisters, Louise Brown and Sheila Parker.
