Mrs. Lois was born in Johnsonville, SC, a daughter of the late Audry Morant and Essie Powell Browder. She was a retired Loan Facilitator for ArborOne Farm Credit Service. She was a member of the Johnsonville Pentecostal Holiness Church, the organist for her church and a member and the secretary of the Williamsburg County Republican Party.
She was an avid Gamecock fan, enjoyed walking, loved going to the beach, shopping, and playing the organ at church, but most of all she loved spending time with her family who affectionally referred to her as "Mam."
She was predeceased by a baby boy, Brian Olin Stone; sisters, Mildred Browder Hughes, Louise Browder Brown, Willa Browder Altman, and Sheila Browder Parker; brother, Horace L. Browder; foster brother, C. V. Powell.
