Frederick Post - April 11, 1953

Mrs. Texanna Elkins Potter, daughter of the late George and Catherine Elkins, died Thursday at her home in Poolesville, aged 69 years.

Surviving are these sisters and brother; Mrs. Flora Hitt, Boyds; Miss Ada Elkins, Poolesville; and James Elkins, Gaithersburg.

Remains rest at the funeral home in Barnesville, where funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. Interment Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville. William B. Hilton, funeral director.
