Elwood Eggleton, the son of Albert T. and Elizabeth Eggleton, was born in 1856 in Philadelphia. Elwood never married and lived with his parents till he died. He was a laborer in 1880. He was living at 1114 Palmer Street in Philadelphia when he died from Typhoid fever on March 26, 1893. He was buried in the Palmer Grounds in the Kensington section [also know as Fishtown] of Philadelphia on March 29, 1893. He was employed as a clerk before his death.
