FUNERAL SERVICES THURSDAY (TODAY) FOR ELMER HENRY

Elmer Henry passed away Monday morning at the Brodstone hospital. Funeral services are being held today at 2:00 P.M. in the Lutheran Church in Hardy. Burial is in Rosemound (sic) Cemetery.

Old Resident Dies At Hardy

E.C. Henry Services Being Held Today; Had Lived in Hardy Community Many Years

Elmer C. Henry, 90, a resident of the Hardy community for many years, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 16.

Mr. Henry lived on a farm southwest of Hardy until moving into town about 20 years ago.

Surviving are his three sons, Hubert and Clare (sic) of Hardy, and Ernest of California, and two daughters, Mrs. Joseph Train and Mrs. J.A. Rhoads, both of Hardy.

The funeral service will be held this (Thursday) afternoon at St. Paul's Lutheran church (sic) in Hardy, and burial will be in Rose Mound cemetery (sic). Rev. C.H. Kemper will be the officiating clergyman.

ELMER C. HENRY passed away in Hardy, Nebr., February 16.

Mr. Henry was born April 6, 1863, in White Township, and went west about 66 years ago, living in Hardy, Nebr. His wife preceded him in death on January 21, 1953. He is survived by five children, two brothers and one sister: Clem Henry of 310 South Third street (sic), Indiana, and Ernest Henry, 248 South Thirteenth street (sic), Indiana, and Mrs. Lizzie Huston of Ebensburg.
