The funeral of Clarence E. Coltharp was held in Tallulah on last Thursday morning from the Baptist church at 10 o'clock. His death occurred in Kansas City on Monday in a government hospital from a form of tuberculosis. He had large family connections here and is well known in the parish and in town. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. John Coltharp, a brother, Mr. Jack Coltharp, and three sisters, Mrs. R. P. Gaines, Mrs. E. R. Bradshaw and Miss Clara Coltharp, to whom the Journal, together with many friends, extend heartfelt sympathy.
