Daughter of Daniel Warner and Lucinda (Towne) Warner.

Children: Edward Daniel Davenport, Bertha M Davenport Vincent, Frank A Davenport, Florence E Davenport Bolton, Louis Arnold Davenport, Jonathan W Davenport, and Mary Lorena Davenport Carpenter.

Mrs Stella Warner and Mrs Mary Davenport Pass Away at L A Davenport Home

Rowe, Jan. 24 - Mrs Stella Warner, 75, widow of E M Warner, and Mrs. Mary Davenport, 89, widow of Jonathan Davenport, relatives, died within a half hour of each other Monday night.

Mrs. Warner was the daughter of George and Abigail Adams of East Charlemont. She married Edwin M Warner in 1874 and Mr Warner died in 1890. Mrs Warner leaves five children, Lawrence E Warner of Chatham, N.Y., Louis Davenport [sic] of Rowe, Daniel Warner of Salem, Mrs Fred Witherell of Winthrop and Miss Lucy Warner of Malden, and 12 grandchildren.

Mrs. Davenport was the daughter of Daniel and Lucinda Towne Warner and was born at Rowe August 9, 1843, and married Jonathan G Davenport of Charlemont November 29, 1869. The couple moved to Davis Mine where Mrs Davenport has lived ever since. Mr Davenport died in 1916.
Survivors of Mrs Davenport are seven children, Edwin of Fairhaven, Mrs E C Vincent of Charlemont, Frank A and Louis A of Rowe, Jonathan W of Shelburne Falls, Mrs George Bolton of Heath and Mrs D V Carpenter of Charlemont; 13 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

The double funeral will be held Thursday at the Louis Davenport home in Rowe. Mrs Davenport will be buried in the East burial lot in Rowe.
