Patsy and her family on the 1940 census, her very first one. They were enumerated on April 15, 1940 in Washington Township, Nodaway County, Missouri and are on lines 47-52 of this sheet. The family was involved with farming at the time.

In item #11, "Balco" is simply a misspelling of "Bolckow" - a city close to St. Joseph, Missouri.
Patricia and Walter, b. 21 Oct 1936, married on 3/17/56 in St. Joseph, Missouri.
