McNinch - Rex
Clifford Grant McNinch was born on 16 Oct 1868 near Coldwater, Michigan, to William James McNinch and Sarah Jane Jakeway McNinch. He moved to Sublette, Illinois, with his family in 1871. Clifford married Sarah Bell Rex on 24 Dec 1891 in Sublette, Ill. Sarah was the oldest child of (Jacob) Charles Rex and Evaline Lenora Clink Rex. Sarah was born 23 Jul 1871 in Sublette. Clifford and Sarah (Sadie) had three children: Ruby Azella McNinch, b 31 Dec 1893 and married Charles Avery Robinson on 1 Jan 1911 in Plano, Illinois, at the home of her aunt and uncle, Lester and Jennie (Rex) Wildermuth; Reeta Evaline McNinch, b 9 Jan 1900 married Cecil V Leffelman on 17 May 1923 in Sublette, Ill.; Francis Rex McNinch, b 31 Jan 1915 and married Edna Arlene Smith on 3 Feb 1946 in Riverside, California. Clifford and Sarah farmed outside of Sublette on land originally owned by Sarah's grandparents, John Clink and Phoebe Ann Pratt Clink. Clifford died on 23 Nov 1947, and Sarah died on 19 Sept 1955. They are buried at Evergreen Cemetery, Sublette, Ill.
