"Otis - Phoebe Brack, 93, died January 1, 2003, at Russell Regional Hospital, Russell.
She was born November 9, 1909, north of Galatia, the daughter of Conrad and Mary Steinert Keil. A lifetime resident of Otis and Galatia area, she was a homemaker.
She belonged to Trinity Lutheran Church, Otis.
On August 16, 1931, she married Edwin B. Brack at Otis. He died May 18, 1979.
Survivors include: two daughters, Fara Popp, Russell, and Mary Ann LeRoy, Wichita; a brother, Alvin Keil, Great Bend and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, Sieg, Edwin, Ben and Emanuel; and two sisters, Rubina Keil and Elma Brack.
Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Otis, with Rev. Jeri Dexheimer presiding. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at Nicholson Ricke Funeral Home, Hoisington. The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. to service time Saturday at the church. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Galatia.
