Paul was five years old when he died of Broncho-pneumonia, and he died four days after his mother Grace died of lobar pneumonia. Both of these deaths were related to the flu epidemic of 1918.

John R. Hill, five-year-old son of Mr.and Mrs. Richard Hill, of rural route three, died at 11 p.m. Thursday in Coldwater. He was born in Niles on Jan. 7, 1947. Surviving in addition to his parents are three sisters, Barbara, Nancy and Cynthia, all at home.

Committal services were held at 2:30 p.m. today in Silverbrook cemetery with the Rev. T.M. Greenhoe, pastor of the First Presbyterian church, officiating.
