James Nick Lively 77, of Fulton, AR passed away in Hope, AR, Saturday, May 8, 2010 in a local hospital.
Mr. Lively was born May 29, 1932 in Columbus, Arkansas to Dewey and Pheby Taylor Lively.

He was employed with International Paper Company before he moved to his home at the Crossroads community doing the thing he loved the most, farming. He was also a member of Washington Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Pheby Lively; one sister, Jamie Lummus; two brothers, David Boe Lively and Willie Bill Lively.

He is survived by his wife Carol Joan Lively; two daughters, Debora and her husband Rick McGough and Marsha and her husband Mike McCorkle; four grandchildren, Marc and his wife Kristy McGough, Angela and her husband David Poindexter, Dexter Boyce and Amanda Boyce; one great grandchild, Shay Poindexter; one sister, Margaret and her husband Marv McKenzie; two brothers, Tommy and his wife Sylvia Lively and Richard Pete Lively.

Visitation will be Sunday, May 09, 2010 between the hours of 4-6 pm at Herndon-Pharr Funeral Home.

Services will be Monday, May 10, 2010 at 2:00 pm in the Herndon-Pharr Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jimmy Dale officiating.

Interment will follow in Columbus Cemetery under the direction of Herndon-Pharr Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Washington Baptist Church or to the Columbus Cemetery.
