Mrs. Lorma Alice Bolinger of Hares Valley, Mapleton Depot, R.D., died Wednesday, April 25, 1962 at 4:50 p.m. at her late home. She had been ill for the past six months and had been seriously ill for two days.

She was born May 25, 1903, at Allegheny City, a daughter of Edward E. and Grace (Gray) Burdge. She was married to Blaine C. Bolinger on January 26, 1925, at Lewistown.
Her husband survives along with these children: Mrs. Clair (Elsie) Brindle of Huntingdon, R.D.l, Elmer Bolinger of Hershey, Mrs. Clair ( Eva) McCall of Mapleton Depot, R.D., Mrs. Harold (Inez) Stake of Mapleton Depot, R.D., and these step-children: Lewis Bolinger of Huntingdon, Mrs. William (Hazel) DeLaney of Mount Union, R.D., Raymond Bolinger of Mapleton Depot R.D., Mrs. William (Mary) McCrerey of Homestead, Fla. There are ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Also surviving are the following brothers and sisters: Leon Burdge of Hollidaysburg, Clair Burdge of Rockhill Furnace. Mrs. Roy (Inez) McGarvey of Shirleysburg, Mrs. Howard (Ida) Snyder of Mount Union R.D., Mrs. George (Eunice) Miller of Mount Union R.D., Roy Burdge of Calvin and Mrs. Russell (Mary) Morgan of Huntingdon Star Route. Three sisters preceded her in death.

She was a member of the Cornelius Chapel Methodist Church in Hares Valley. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 29, at 2:30 p.m. DST at the Cornelius Chapel Church. The Rev. Merrill E. Barter, her pastor, and the Rev. Charles Hess of Saxton will officiate. Interment will be made in the Germany Valley Cemetery. Friends may call at Green's funeral home in Huntingdon after 1 p.m. on Saturday and then at the church from 1:30 p.m. on Sunday until the hour for the service.
