Obituary - Robert Blair
Robert W. Blair, 54, Dakota City farm laborer and former resident of Wayne, passed away Sunday last week in South Sioux City. Services were held in South Sioux City funeral home Wednesday afternoon last week. Burial was in Pender cemetery.
Mr. Blair lived at the Charles Swanson farm near Dakota City, where he had been employed four years. He was born at Wayne, November 6, 1891. Here he married Miss Maude Love in 1911. Before going to Dakota county 15 years ago, he had lived in Fremont. Before 1923 he had farmed several years in Wayne county.
Survivors are three sons, two daughters, two sisters, three brothers and three grandchildren.
