Ellen C. Beauchesne went to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, December 28, 2005.

She and her twin brother, Pug Carnley, were born September 30, 1920 in the small community of Ebenezer in Santa Rosa County, FL.

During her life, she enjoyed a close walk with Jesus. She attended various churchs, and had many sisters and brothers in Christ. She was a petite lady, but mighty in spirit. She cherished her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren. Flower gardening was one of her favorite pasttimes.

Mrs. Beauchesne is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Beauchesne, and son, Hubert "Ed" Ellis, Sr.

She is survived by her daughter, Faye Foran (Gill); and sons, Jake Ellis (Susan) and Harold Beauchesne (Vicki). She had 11 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and five great great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Beauchesne was a long-time member of Brentwood Assembly of God.

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 30, 2005 at Faith Chapel Funeral Home South. Interment will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery at 2:00 p.m.

Faith Chapel Funeral Home, 100 Beverly Parkway, is in charge of arrangements.

The family will receive friends at Faith Chapel from 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, December 29.
