A card received at this office last Sunday morning from Robert Cochran, formerly of Del Norte, states that his company has arrived safely in France and that he was well. Charles Goodman, another Del Norte boy is with the same division as Robert.

The three surviving children were Charlie, Elizabeth and Albert Goodman - they later apparently adopted the name Patten as that's how they are listed in the 1940 Census. pwc
