The Rev. Charlotte V. Barnum. 85, a minister of the World Gospel Mission, died last evening at the home of friends, Mr. and Mrs. Clyde H. Rogers, where she had been visiting several weeks. She had formerly lived some eight years in the Battle Creek, area but spent last winter in Arizona and had been ill since arriving here last month. She was born at Woodland, the daughter of Judge and Emily (Miller) Barnum. She never married and her closest surviving relatives are cousins, nieces and nephews.
