A devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister, she died at 1:10 p.m. Monday, Feb. 8, 1999, at her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was 68. Visiting was at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday. Visiting at the funeral home chapel, 9 a.m. until religious services at 1 p.m. Wednesday, conducted by the Rev. Norris Landry. Burial in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Survived by her husband of 48 years, Carrold P. Daigle, Baton Rouge; a daughter and son-in-law, Carol andWilliam "Bill" J. Hancock Jr., Denham Springs; a granddaughter and her husband, Andria and Jason Yates, Denham Springs; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Noelie and Roy LeBlanc, Audrey and Winston Michel and Dianne and Paul Lakey; six brothers and fiveBeverly, Duffy,Gervis, Bryan and Troy Landry and Paul, Todd and Kendell Lakey. Honorary pallbearers are Nick and Curtis Landry. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Baton Rouge, 8322 One Calais Ave., Suite A, Baton Rouge LA 70809.
