MORGAN, JAMES I., 71 OF Harrison, Tenn., RFD No. 1, died in a local hospital. He was a member of the Oak Grove Church of God at Harrison. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. O.G. McDaniel, Harrison; three sons Latt Walter, Charles James and Rufus Eugene Morgan, all of Harrison. Four sisters, Mrs. Jennie Wolf, Chattanooga, Mrs. Sarah Moore, Hazelwood, Calif., Mrs. George Davis, and Mrs. Charlie Robeson, Ooltewah, Tenn; one brother, J.M. Morgan, Ooltewah. Eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the New Bethel Baptist Church, Rev. W. T. Black, Rev. Frank Hale, and Rev. O. L. Watkins officiating. Internment at Sylar Cemetery. Pallbearers, John Ramsey, Chastain Oliver, W. R. Pruitt, E. A. Young, Ross Forsey, and Glenn Gray. The body is at the home. Arrangements are by J. Avery Bryant Company. (Times)
