LaRue Vs Heirs of Moses Shepherd on the Petition of Lambert, Jacob, Isaac and Abraham (Son's of Elizabeth LaRue and Grandsons of Isaac LaRue) the brothers state their Grandfather Isaac "sometime in the month of April in the year of our Lord 1795, the said Isaac Larue, the Grandfather of your Orators, departed this life, having previously, to wit on the first day of August in the year of our Lord 1784. made his last will and testament in writing, wherein, among other things, he gave and devised to your orators, under the descriptions of the four sons of Elizabeth, daughter of the said Isaac, all his right to land on the Ohio at the Middle Island to be equally divided among them; a copy of which said will from the records of Frederick County dulty attests by the Clerk of Said County your Orators ?ay may also be considered as a part of this their Bill" https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/memories/LC61-CNG
