Mrs. Maudie Mae Morris, 76, of 2316 30th Street died Tuesday afternoon at the Methodist Hospital after a 12 day illness.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Sanders Memorial Chapel with the Rev. J.T. Bolding, assistant pastor of the First Baptist Church officiating.
Burial will be in the City of Lubbock Cemetery directed by Sanders Funeral Home.
Mrs. Morris had lived in Lubbock 25 years. She was the widow of the Rev. David Morris, a Baptist minister.
Survivors include a son, Clifton, of 2316 30th Street; a brother, Henry Denney of Pocasset, Oklahoma; and three half-brothers, Elmer and Harley Steelman, both of Pocasset and Clarence Steelman of Bakersfield, California.
