Sadly today my little foster kitten Jack passed away at home on October 12, 2011 he was only 8 weeks old, Little Jack was born to a feral mother cat at an Auto Wrecker's yard in Kearny N.J. he was known as the Kearny cat project, there were 42 cats and kittens all together, we had 18 adults cats spayed/neutered and released back at the Auto Wreckers, we rescued 24 kittens all went to foster homes, Little Jack & his sister were among the 24 kittens, I found Jack & his sister Jackie at the age of 2 weeks old under a car in a puddle of water the day before Hurricane Irene struck, I took them home and bottle fed the both of them, by the time they were 4 weeks old something was not right with Jack he stopped growing and was becoming very thin, there were many trips to the vets to find out why he was having problems, he was not absorbing nutrients his stomach would blow up like a balloon after he ate, an operation was performed to try and correct the problem he survived the surgery but not the recovery he passed away 4 days later...He was only 8 weeks old when he passed. My heart is broken over losing Little Jack.

Little Jack was a tiny itty bitty little kitten the size of a 5 week old when he was really 8 weeks old, he had such a zest for life he was a happy little kitten despite all the health problems he was having...Little Jack loved to climb up my leg I knew he wanted to be picked up and cuddled under my neck he would start purring and wanted his belly rubbed he was loved so much by me and my husband he was a special little kitten with a love for life we will miss him so much, his life was too short...we love you Little Jack we will never forget you, Jack leaves behind his sister Jackie....love always and forever in our Hearts, Mommy & Daddy

I wanted to give a big thanks to Sherri for sponsoring Little Jack memorial page I appreciate it so much...God bless you for caring so much.

This is the last video I took just hours before he had to go to surgery, he was happy & playing I will never forget that day, makes me so mad when I think about his surgery that I didn't want him to get that is what killed him...I did object to this surgery against the rescue organization and the stupid vet that performed it.
