She married Francis Russell, 4th Earl of Bedford, on 26 February 1608/9 at St. Mary le Strand, London, England. As a result of her marriage, she became Baroness Russell of Thornhaugh on 9 August 1613 and Countess of Bedford on 3 May 1627.
