Catherine was the daughter of Jerome and Mary [Astorino] Scalzi, sister of George Scalzi, Ernest Scalzi, Lucille Petrocella, Frances Scalzi, Margaret Peterson, Lena Malkowski, Theresa Malkowski, Ruth Ross and John Scalzi.

She was the loving mother of and is survived by sons David, Tom and Tim Glavas, grandchildren Michalena, Timothy Jr. and Jennifer and nieces, nephews and friends too numerous to list.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Anita Scalzi Clara, infant brother Anthony, son, George Glavas Jr. and a grandson, Michael.
