Bowes - The funeral of Mrs. Pheobe Bowes will take place Thursday at 1:30 o'clock from the Residence in Freeland and at 3 o'clock from the Congregational church. Rev. Charles Bowes will officiate with burial in West Side Cemetery. Mrs. Bowes was 44 years old. She is survived by her parents Mr. and Mrs. Henry Manwell of Freeland, four sisters, Mrs. Mabel Parker of Ingersol township: four brothers John of Saginaw; William McKellar and Ray Manwell of Freeland.
