John is believed to be the son of John & Elizabeth ABELL Haddock. He married Liscom, daughter of William and Liscom JONES Taylor in 1742 at Pitt County, NC. They had nine or ten children. 2

They were buried at the Haddock Plantation Family Cemetery also known as the Mack Smith Cemetery in Pitt County, NC. 1 & 3.
