Mrs. C.L. Griffin, 57, of West Monroe, a former resident of West Carroll parish, died Monday following a short illness. Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon from the Goodwill Baptist church.
The Rev. John Carlisle, pastor, officiated at the rites and interment was in the Epps cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Gay's' Funeral home.
Among the survivors are her husband, C.L. Griffin, of West Monroe; two sons, Jack Griffin and Charles Griffin; three daughters, Mrs. Roxie Payne, Mrs. Florence Hammacker and Mrs. Loyzell Pickett; a brother, T.W. Adams; two sisters, Mrs. Emma Griffin and Mrs. Myra Parker; 11 grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
