Miss Jessie Millar, 81, of Piketon, who died at Portsmouth General hospital Monday at 2:25 a.m., will be held at the residence at 2:30 p.m. (E.W.T.) Rev. David Williams, pastor of the Piketon Methodist church will officiate and interment will be in Mound cemetery in Piketon.
Miss Millar was a charter member of Portsmouth chapter of Daughters of 1812 and D.A.R.
