Funeral services are to be conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. at Howe Funeral Home for William H. Millar, 90, who died Monday night at Riverview Manor Rest Home near Lucasville. Burial will be in Mound Cemetery.
Mr. Millar was born in Scioto County, Oct. 8, 1863, a son of Cornelius and Mary Chenoweth Millar. He spent most of his life in Pike County, where he was a farmer.
Surviving are a brother, Cornelius, of Spokane, Wash.; and a niece, Margaret Colegrove of Lucasville, with whom he made his home for eight years. He had been a patient at the rest home for three weeks.
Rev. Gordon Groby will officiate at services at the funeral home, where friends may call.
