Marion Davis Watkins, age 76, of Birmingham, AL, died December 14, 2003.
A retiree of K-Mart, she was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church as well as the Shepherd Center.
Ms. Watkins was preceded in death by her sister, Julia P. Davis; her brother, Buck Davis; and her mother, Vannie Davis.
Survivors include her daughter, Carole Watkins Bruce (Richard) of Greensboro, NC; sons, Tommy Watkins (Margaret) of Birmingham, AL, George Watkins of Birmingham, AL, and Tracy Watkins (Sharon) of Atlanta, GA; 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; and a nephew, Ed Davis.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2003 at 10 a.m. at St. John's United Methodist Church with Rev. Herb Roberson and Rev. Susan Laney officiating. Burial will follow at 3:30 p.m. EST in Valley Cemetery in Valley, AL. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
