Deceased Name: Russell Ray Everill "Grandpa Tink Bug"
On August 8, 2003 Russell "Ray" Everill , Murray, Utah passed peacefully at home surrounded by that which he valued most, his family, including his wife of 62 years, Helen (Bleazard), sons, Chick (Linda), Brent (Shirley), Rob (Terri), and Ron (Paula).
He is also survived by brother, Richard (Shirley) Everill ; sister, Marilyn (Ron) Shamo, 19 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren; and one great great-grandchild. Ray is preceded in death by his son, Mark; parents, Emma Luella (Call) and William Russell Everill ; brothers, Ellis, Tommy; and sister, Beth Frickberg.
All who knew Ray enjoyed the rewards of his many self-taught hobbies and talents, from his bounteous vegetable and flower gardens to beautiful wood work creations and his original leather work. His heart of gold combined with his talented hands, fixed, constructed or repaired items for all that asked.
After serving in the Navy during World War II, Ray's several business ventures in-cluding the Park-Vu Drive-in Theater and Intermountain Coach Mfg.
Services Tues. Aug 12, noon Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E. 10600 S, Sandy, UT where friends may call Mon. Aug 11, 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
