Margaret Breault was born Aug 1836 in St Hyacinthe, Quebec, Canada as the second child of Joseph Breault and Marguerite L'Heureux. She had seven siblings, namely: Marie Marguerite, Philomene Marie, Marie Domitilde, Joseph, Marie Julie, Jean Baptiste, and Jean Baptiste.
When she was 16, she married Amable Anger, son of Charles Pierre Anger and Marie Therese Lussier, on 20 Jul 1853 in St. Simon, Bagot, Quebec, Canada. They had 13 children together: Joseph, Saul, J.B. Saul, Marie Julie Albina, Hugues, Marie Louise Rose, Philomene, George Damian, Unknown, Louis Dieu-Dome, Augustin (Gustave), Samuel Peter and Mary. All were born in St Hugues, Bagot, Quebec, Canada, except the last child Mary was born in Connecticut.
The family lived in Bagot, Quebec, Canada through the 1871 Quebec census. Shortly thereafter, the family moved to Putnam, Windham, Connecticut. There, her husband Amable died on 09 Aug 1872. Sometime later Margaret moved the family to St Paul, Minnesota.
When she was 45, she married Joseph Villiot dit LaTour, son of Sebastian Villiot dit Latour and Marie Josephte Desautels, on 26 Nov 1882 at St. Louis, King of France church in St Paul, Minnesota. Joseph died about four years later on 18 Feb 1887.
Margaret would live another 28 years as a widow. She died on 16 Jan 1915 in St Paul, Minnesota, and buried in Calvary Cemetery. She was 77 years old. Her cause of death was listed as Senile Decay.
