Raymond Eugene Badman, 49, of rural Beecher City died 3:15 a.m. Monday (Oct. 1, 1979) in his home.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in May Funeral Home, St. Elmo, with visitation 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery, near Beecher City.
He was born in Moultrie County, son of George Cleveland and Margaret Matilda Badman. He was a carpenter and member of the Methodist Church. He married Barbara Weybright in 1954.
Surviving are sons, Eugene Leon of Camargo; Ellis Lynn of Mount Zion; daughters, Letia Joan of Camargo; Lillian Marie of Decatur; brothers, Kenneth of Oceania, Calif.; Leonard of Palmer; sisters, Mrs. Jake (Ora) Logue of Argenta; Mrs. Roscoe (Marie) Logson of Beecher City; Mrs. Preslie (Irene) Reed of St. Elmo; two grandchildren.
