Henry W. Badman, 65, of Taylorville died 9:45 p.m. Thursday (Aug. 9, 1979) in St. Vincent Memorial Hospital, Taylorville.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Sundya in Kingdom Hall of Jehova's Witnesses, Taylorville, with visitation 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Sutton Memorial Home, Taylorville. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery, Beecher City.
Mr. Badman was born in Fayette County, son of George and Matilda Badman. He was a retired farmer. He married Thelma Mize in 1940.
Surviving are his wife; sons, Don Haselette of Springfield; Rick of Taylorville; daughters, Thelma J. Herzog and Mary Nickle, both of Taylorville; Beverly Thomas of Stonington; Sharon Yeazle of Lincoln; brothers, Kenneth of California; Leonard of Palmer; Eugene of Beecher City; sisters, Orrie Logue of Argenta; Marie Logston of Beecher City; Trena Reed of St. Elmo; 14 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
One daughter and one sister preceded him in death.
