Moberly, David Lewis, son of A. E. and Edith (Wiltrout) Moberly, was born near Lone Tree, Iowa, Sept. 11, 1902; died April 25, 1955, at the University Hospital, Iowa City, Iowa; aged 52 y. 7 m. 14 d. He was married to Leona Nunally.

He was preceded in death by his father, 2 brothers, and one sister. He is survived by his wife, 2 sons (Robert, 14, and Ralph 12), his mother, 3 brothers (Clarence, Leonard, and Raymond, near Riverside, Iowa), and 3 sisters (Mrs. Alta Hays, Washington, Iowa; Mrs. Mary Hudnall and Mrs. Glenn Lambert, Tulsa, Okla.).

He was received by baptism into the Salem Church in 1925 and later united with the Mennonite Church where he remained a faithful member until death.

Funeral services were held at the Swank Church with Henry Yoder officiating. Burial was made in the Swank Cemetery.
