Bio

Photo "Native American Burial" by Roland W. Reed, 1912
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Thank you for edits or corrections. I accept about any edit that makes sense unless it removes data added by someone else. If you need to alter data, please include explanation of the basis for the change with the edit.
We respect the name the person chose to be buried under and use the same for their memorial (which may also help prevent duplicates). If you have a different name, we are happy to add the source to the bio for you upon request.
Message through "EDIT, Contact manager" on the memorial (you may need to provide your email if a reply is needed), OR email with memorial ID# and profile ID#. We don't use the Message feature as it's just too awkward. Please clearly identify your relationship to the deceased if requesting transfer.
Lastly, for edits to add a town to county of birth or death, please be certain the event occurred within the city limits. Until fairly recently most folks were born and died at home. We are happy to add "born/died NEAR anytown" to the Bio for you.
Update: Please identify with the edit what source says the event occurred in town, without which the town name will be removed, thank you.
