She was born on November 1, 1895, in Chisago City. She graduated from St Paul Central High School and attended St Cloud College. Elvice taught school in Chisago City for 43 years.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Arlene Bloom and her brother Pastor Aberdeen O Bloom.
Elvice is survived by her brother, Pastor Wenzel A Bloom and many other relatives.
Funeral services were held Thursday, Sept 10, 1998 at Zion Lutheran Church, Chisago City with Rev Rob Boettner officiating. Interment at Fairview Cemetery in Lindstrom. Arrangements by the Grandstrand Funeral Home in Lindstrom.
