Mrs. John M. Gengler
Mrs. John M. (Lillian) Gengler, 48, Oyens died Sunday at her home after a long illness.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. Catherine Catholic church, Oyens, with Rev. Gerald Wingert
officiating. Burial will be in St. Catherine cemetery under the direction of Fisch funeral home, Remsen.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. Wednesday. Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Wednesday.

She was born July 6,1921, at Alton and was married May 14, 1946 at Remsen to John Gengler. She was the daughter of Mrs.
William (Anna Mairose) Kellen and the late Mr. Kellen.

Survivors are her husband, John M. of Oyens; two sons, Robert, who is stationed at Meridian, Miss, in the Navy, and
Richard, who is stationed in the Navy aboard the USS Colonial; two daughters, Jeanne and Lynnette, both at home; her mother, Mrs. William Kellen, Remsen;five brothers, Vern, Ray and Robert, all of Remsen, Vic of Alton and Stanley of Dallas; four sisters, Mrs. Nick Wanderscheid and Mrs. Toby Bohlke of Remsen, Mrs. Ed Harmon, Santa Monica
and Mrs. Frances Tennel, Fairmont.

She was preceded in death by her father, one sister and one brother.
