Mrs Helen Akers, 81, of 115 NW 50, died Sunday at Presbyterian Hospital. She was a retired employee of the Anna Maude Cafeteria. She was born in Galveston, TX, and was a member of Crown Heights Baptist Church. She is survived by her sister, Mrs Louise McKinley, Alta Loma, TX. Services will be at 2:30 pm Tuesday at Smith & Kernke Funeral Home with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.
