Funeral services for William Henry Matherly, 86, who passed away on November 27th in Winona were held at Taylor Chapel in Greensburg, Kentucky, on November 28th at two o'clock with the pastor conducting the services. Interment was in Greensburg, Kentucky, cemetery.
Mr. Matherly who was born in Kentucky in 1864 was married to Miss Annie Gertrude Boyd who preceded him in death 6 years ago. He was a retired farmer and a very active member of the Methodist Church at Stewart.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. W. S. Caffey, Greensburg, Kentucky, and Mrs. M. DeSpain, Winona, one son, Arvin L. Matherly, Detroit, Michigan, and one brother, R. E. Matherly, Buffalo, Kentucky.
