Our Aunt Dora, age 45, passed away on August 25, 1965 in North Hollywood, California. She was born Dora Louise Winger on 7 February 1920 in Oil City, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Charles Edward Winger and the former Myrtle Irene Bixler. She attended Oil City schools. She married Elmer Fleet Staines in Albion, New York in 1937. To them were born Donald Elmer Staines and Noreen Priscilla Staines. Later in life she moved to California where she met and married Leo Clarence Boaz who had been originally from Missouri. Surviving, in addition to her daughter Noreen of New York state, are three brothers, one sister, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services were held August 27, 1965 in California. Interment was in Forest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery (Hollywood Hills).
